SunSmart SC - Complaints Handling Policy
At SunSmart SC we understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan, we invite you to discuss any issues or questions you may have.
This Complaints Procedure is to help you better understand how to address your issue and achieve the best outcome as quickly as possible.
To submit a SunSmart SC 10 year “Workmanship Warranty” or a SunSmart SC 5 year “Whole of System Warranty” claim please contact Sunsmart SC by one of the means below:

You will need to provide the following information :
- Your name, address and telephone number
- Outline of the nature of defect or complaint
- Evidence of the defect, including photographs
Once received, we will investigate your matter and provide a progress update and/or solution within 7 days for a minor issue and 30 days for any major issues.
Following an appropriate investigation, Sunsmart SC will inform you of the action or decision taken regarding the complaint. Sunsmart SC will also take actions to prevent similar complaints occurring in the future.
The remedies and solutions offered are subject to the Terms & Conditions and Warranties which apply to the products and services purchased. These include applicable consumer guarantees and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or such other consumer legislation in place as at the time you purchased your products and services. Sunsmart SC take all complaints seriously and necessary steps to resolve your complaint.
