Great Service from start to finish! Josh was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions during the site inspection. Three installers, Josh, Cal & Zeb completed the 13kw system and battery in 1 day and were very respectful. To top it off the owner Matt called us after the installation day to ensure we knew how to use the app and ask about our experience. Will definitely use this company again if we move house.

SunSmart Sunshine Coast installed our Solar system last year. Matt spent a lot of time explaining to us how the system worked & the follow up service his company provides. During installation, his staff were polite, punctual & responded to all our queries. A few months later we received an email from Matt stating he was unable to monitor our system due to an internet failure. We had our solar system installed by the team at SunSmart recently and must say they are just awesome. The crew that installed were efficient, friendly and very professional. We have also been very impressed by their after sales support as they had to come to the home a couple of times to reset the wifi due to our modems changing and all was done without fuss. Great experience, great advice. John from the customer care team was amazing, kept in touch over the months, willing to answer any questions we had and re quote when we were ready to proceed. The install went quickly and smoothly, no issues, cleaned up after themselves and explained how to use the app to monitor usage. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, easy to deal with, no stress, great workmanship.

Sunsmart gave us outstanding service from start to finish. They came in with the lowest of 5 quotes and when the came out they got up on the roof to inspect - only one othe company did this. The made really good suggestions to optimise our Solar system. When it came to installation the team worked so hard all day and even fixed some broken roof tiles. The quote came in cheaper than expected because they passed on recent reductions in their Solar panels. Sunsmart have even rung us a few times to check all is ok. They have my highest recommendation. Thank you for a great job. My friends are now using them.

I can't recommend or speak highly enough about SunSmart SC and the team. Absolutely great service from the beginning, clear and transparent, with constant communication and always answering to our questions and concerns. Any issues they would address very quickly, even when not in their control (poor weather). Very reassuring and helped us through an issue with our current connections, working around it and making it work for us. Super happy with thw whole process and final product and will certainly use them again in the future if needed and refer to all our friends! Matt the manager is a legend and all the boys who came to install were very respectful, nice and left all very clean! Great job..10 stars!

I didn’t want an out of the box solution and SunSmart were very able to work towards a none standard system that matched my exact requirements which I hadn’t found with the other engaged companies. The fact that the sales staff are qualified solar electricians really stood out and made the process much more straightforward. The install crew were very efficient and tidy and despite being an unusual system everything went as planned. Very happy to recommend - thanks

SunSmart were professional from start to finish. The price was competitive, excellent advice was provided regarding choice of panels and inverter, and SunSmart were accommodating of my desire to locate panels on the southern roof (appropriately tilted on brackets) for aesthetic reasons. The inverter was installed very neatly, as was the entire system. The three installers were lovely blokes, and Callum explained the installation as it progressed. Highly recommended.

It literally took me years to get solar, mostly because I found the cost and the myriad options daunting to consider. Happily, SunSmart SC came into my life and I now have rooftop solar and a battery and absolutely no regrets.
